Our QC Process – Ensuring Perfection Before Shipment
Every Super Clone Watch goes through a complete quality check before delivery. You have the absolute right to know all the technical information about the watch before you receive it.

How Our QC Process Works – Step by Step
Here is the exact process we follow after receiving your order and payment.
Step 1 – Order & Payment Received
Once your order is confirmed and payment received, our team schedules your watch for inspection and QC. This ensures we start the process immediately without delay.

Step 2 – QC Media Creation
We capture professional photos and videos of your watch, including Timegrapher results (daily rate, amplitude, beat error). This allows you to verify technical performance and visual quality.

Step 3 – Customer Confirmation & Shipping
You review the QC album. If everything meets your expectations, you approve the shipment. Only then do we proceed with final packaging and FedEx/DHL delivery.

QC Process-related
Do all watches go through the QC process?
Yes. Every single watch is inspected, tested on a Timegrapher, and photographed before shipment. No watch is shipped without customer approval.
Will I receive QC photos and videos?
Yes. We send you detailed QC media, including photos, videos, so you can review before approving shipment.
Can I reject a watch if I find an issue during QC?
Yes. If anything does not meet your expectations, we will adjust or replace the watch until you are satisfied.
How long does the QC process take?
Usually 3–5 working days after payment is received. Some rare models may take 5–10 days depending on availability.
Timekeeping and Timegrapher
What accuracy standard do you use for QC?
All watches must meet ±15 seconds per day on a Timegrapher, with healthy amplitude and acceptable beat error, before shipping.
Will I see the Timegrapher results?
Yes.You need to contact our customer service to request the Timegrapher records.
What if the watch shows deviation in daily use?
A deviation of ±15 seconds per day is considered normal for mechanical movements. If your watch runs significantly outside this range within one year, our warranty will cover adjustment.
Warranty and After-Sales Service
Do you offer warranty?
Yes. We provide a 1-year warranty covering movement performance (timekeeping accuracy, winding system, and calendar functions).
What issues are covered under warranty?
Abnormal time deviation (beyond ±30s/day in daily use)
Movement malfunction (e.g., stop working, winding failure)
Calendar/date jumping issues
What issues are not covered?
Damage caused by:
Water exposure beyond normal daily use (shower, swimming, sauna, diving)
Accidental drops, impacts, or misuse
Unauthorized opening or modification
Natural wear of straps, bezels, or coatings
If the watch has issues, do I need to send it back?
In most cases, yes. You can return it to our service center, and we will repair or replace the movement free of charge during the warranty period.
Who covers the shipping cost for warranty repair?
We will cover the shipping costs for both ways (including the cost of you sending it back to us).

All watches are tested for normal daily water resistance (hand washing, rain). However, we do not recommend swimming, sauna, or diving with replica watches. Please note that the warranty will not cover any damage caused by water exposure.
