Excellent customer service. Delivered on time and as advertised. The watch is indistinguishable from the OG and at 4% of the cost. That's right, 4%. I know because I went into an AD that sells the watch I selected and looked at both with a loop. Personally, I'd rather spend the $19K I saved on things like, oh, I don't know: vacations, paying off a car loan, etc. They worked with me when I requested a bracelet change. It keeps time within the Rolex 3285 movement's specified -2/+2 SPD. The quality of their watches is top-tier. In conjunction with their customer service, this company is the best to work with if you are shopping for the best clones on the market.
