Q:How much of a warranty does a watch ordered from CloneWacthes carry?
A:We provide one-year free warranty for all watches purchased from our store (except serious physical damage and water damage). The shipping cost within the warranty period is fully borne by us, and you do not need to pay for the repair fee.

Leider bei dieser Uhr kein Glück gehabt. Sie lief 2 Tage und ist stehen geblieben. Das Uhrwerk war defekt. Habe bei CloneWatches reklamiert. Es wurde schnell reagiert und mir der Versand einer neuen Uhr versprochen. Ich habe mich dann für eine Rolex SeaDweller entschieden. Vorab habe ich die defekte Uhr wieder zurück geschickt, Kosten ca. 45€ mit Sendungsverfolgung DHL. Die Mehrkosten der SeaDweller von 100€ wurden zum Teil mit den Versandkosten der defekten Uhr verrechnet bzw. von CloneWatches übernommen. Die ganze Sache hat knapp 4 Wochen gedauert. Trotz allem bin ich zufrieden, die ganze Abwicklung war sehr professionell. Danke!
